L’Aubainerie will be happy to exchange or reimburse any item that has not been worn or used within 30 days of its purchase at L’Aubainerie or L’Aubainerie Concept Mode stores, upon presentation of your sales receipt. For purchases made at L’Aubainerie Entrepôt, however, exchanges or reimbursements are only offered within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Yes: request such a receipt, and we’ll give it to you so the person can come and make her choice in our store.
We offer this service at all L’Aubainerie and L’Aubainerie Concept Mode locations. Layaway, however, does not apply to liquidation items (red labels). Please note that L’Aubainerie Entrepôt locations do not offer lay-away services.
We take back all new merchandise, no matter in which store it was purchased. However, please note that items purchased at L’Aubainerie Entrepôt stores cannot be returned or exchanged at a L’Aubainerie or L’Aubainerie Concept Mode store, nor can an item purchased at L’Aubainerie or L’Aubainerie Concept Mode be returned or exchanged at a L’Aubainerie Entrepôt store.
